Your family data is yours to take

You can export your whole family archive whenever you want — every child's lessons, progress, quiz results, and portfolio, packaged as one download. It arrives as a machine-readable file plus the same PDFs you can read yourself.

The part that matters most: the export keeps working for at least twelve months after a plan ends. If you never subscribed, you can still export. If your plan is active or past due, you can export. If you cancel, you keep read-only export access for a full year. Only after twelve months does the export window close — and even then we tell you plainly instead of failing in silence.

We build each archive fresh when you ask for it and hand you a link that works for one hour. We do not keep a stale copy sitting around. The promise is that the door stays open for a year, not that we cache your data forever.

Receipts, whenever you need them

Every purchase and plan payment shows up in your billing page with a receipt you can download on the spot. You never have to email us to get proof of what you paid. Find them under Billing → Receipts in your family workspace.

Cancel any time

One tap on Manage subscription opens your billing portal, where you can cancel any time. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the billing period you already paid for, and you keep the credits you already have until then. Change your mind? You can reactivate from the same portal.

Who touches your data

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to train AI models. We do rely on a short list of trusted services to run the product, and we name them rather than claiming no one else is involved:

• Stripe handles card payments. We never see or store your full card number.
• An AI gateway (Portkey) routes lesson and quiz generation to model providers, each bound by a no-training contract checked before the request leaves our network.
• Sentry collects error reports so we can fix bugs, kept for a short window.
• PostHog gives us cookieless product analytics — no tracking cookies and no advertising.
